The Roscoe Fund
Roscoe is 1.5 years old; he was left at a shelter, slowly starving to death. Roscoe couldn't chew.
It appears that his jaw had been dislocated and, left untreated, had grown bone spurs that caused it
to become immobilized. Basset Hound Rescue of So. Calif. took Roscoe in and paid for a team of specialists to operate. Roscoe is now able to open and close his mouth and to chew.
